In a perfect world, we'd find our ideal job the very first time we went looking for it. Truth be told, a job that brings you satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment and interpersonal relationships you enjoy may take a lot of trial and error to actually land. The key is to define exactly what you're looking for and never give up until it'syours.

My dream job would be in an outdoor setting, leading industry working as a manager in a company or if you can have my own company for a product that is of necessity in the country.
I would work in close proximity to the area 10 or 14 because that is where are the biggest companies in Guatemala for example Pollo Campero is an example for all Guatemalans in this day and has been growing forthe better.
My fellow workers would be especially proactive and responsible for the company to move forward and would like to work with my colleagues in the university to have much more confidence to run a company.
I want to win the first 3 years a minimum wage of Q5,000 for 3 years after work and to seek an increase in the same company or seek work in another company to Q10,000 and so earnwages go up every year with the performance of and all corresponding state.
I don't really have a job title yet in my mind. But my ideal job would be one that I can say I enjoy, where i can respect and be respected by my co workers. For me it would probably be a job where I feel I made a difference to someone. Maybe something that helps someone. A job I could be proud of.
I would prefer to not haveto work at all! I prefer a job where I can work on my own, at my own pace, without anyone telling me what to do, by when and/or dealing with customers. I would never make a good customer service rep. I am better at a desk job, in front of a computer with none to bother me!
I would prefer to just have a job where I can work from home and enjoy my family more.

Qualified doctors such as Sandra Martino with some post-qualification experience and a masters degree in public health or adiploma in tropical medicine, preferably with overseas experience and/or primary care or public health experience. These organizations are not usually the best for very junior doctors.
This will be different depending on which of the four main challenges you're dealing with. For example, if you're helping with a disease program, you would probably be setting up and running a health program, like animmunization campaign. If you're working in an area of conflict, you might be ensuring sanitation, shelter and water (although organizations like OXFAM tend to specialize in this sort of help) or more probably surgical input. Much of the important long-term good comes from simple and common problems you have to fix. It could be setting up a new immunization program for measles, for instance.
WhenI first started working abroad in the late '80s, there were definitely issues - it was not commonly done and was often frowned on. However, things have changed a lot since then. As a UK consultant, I would look for people with experience abroad - they tend to be more rounded and more competent and better able to cope with the stresses and strains of modern clinical medicine.
These days, it ismuch easier and there are often times which can be taken within training schemes.
On the downside, you'll be away from your home and your family for a prolonged period and you won't earn much.
However, there are lots of pluses. There's a greater opportunity for you as an individual to make a difference than in any other field of medicine. You'll be making a vast difference to people's lives. It...
