Eating Disorder

Eating is necessary for us to survive . food is essential to grow up and develop the way you should , especially when you are kid . if you realize that you put more attention to food than normal,you could be suffering an eating.
An eating disorder includes obesity,anorexia, or bulimia. Obesity is a generalized accumulation of body fat . A fat person is considered obese if she or he has a body mass index of 30 kilograms or greater. Obesity is caused by several reasons, it could be physical or by anxiety.
You*ve probably heard about anorexia. This is an eating disorder where the person is so afraid of being fat that he or she stops eating. Anorexia is adifficult illness because its not understood.
Bulimia is when person eats a large amount of food and the secretly tries to get rid of it by vomiting or taking laxatives.
There is nothing more attracted than look like your favorite movie star, don’t you think so? Well, we all see those images on magazines or TV programs, but be careful, do not change your good eating habits to look like them, it isnot worth while!

I got chickenpok

Susi didn’t go to school the whole week. Neither shell come for two weeks because she has chickenpox.
Chickenpox is caused by a virus called “varicela zoster”. People who gets the virus often develop a rash of spots that looks like blisters all over their bodies. Those blisters are itchy.
The illness also may come along with a runny nose and cough.
Howcould susi catch chickenpok? Well, she got it from her neighbor across the street and her neighbord got it from her neighbor across the street and her neighbor got it from his sister. Chickenpok is contagious, mostly during the first two until five days. When someone with chickenpok coughs sneezes. Laughs and even talk, tiny drops come out of the mouth and nose. These drops are full of thechickenpok virus.
I called susi and she told me that she has had fever and red spots all over her body, and that those spots itched a lot. So susis mom put on her a pink lotion with calamine on the spots to make her feel better.
Susi really wanted to scratch her arms but she must not do it because the blisters could get infected.
I miss susi! I hope she gets well soon.

Feeling sad:

There was aperiod of my life when I felt unhappy . my father had
Lost his job and we were having a lot of money problems . in that time , I was sad and morry about it . I thought I was not helping at all at home . so I felt so sad that I told my mom “ ill quit school and start working ”. she looked at me told me that every once in while is natural feeling sad , that meant that I cared about the things.but giving up the school was not the solution and that she was quinte sure that the situation at home will change soon . once we talked , we hugged each other. I felt better because I expressed my feelings. A week later, my father got a new job and everything was fine again.
I realized that sadness is a normal felling, but if you feel that way for a long time its good to talk to trusted grown-upit.

Asthma
Asthma is a condition that affects a persons airways. For most kids, breathing is simple: they breathe in through their noses or mouths and the air goes into their lungs. But for kids with asthma, breathing can be a lot more difficult.
An asthma flare-up, which some people call an asthma attack, happens when a persons airways get narrower and it becomes harder for air to get in andout of the lungs. During a flare-up, it can feel like the person is breathing through a straw. A kid with asthma may gasp when breathing, coud, and feel tinghtness in the chest.
Asthma affects about one or two kids out of ten. Asthma can start at any age but is most common in school-age kids. No one really knows why one persons airways are more sensitive than another persons but we know that...
