INTRODUCTION
Sambaru Mining Group Limited (SMG) is a company registered in Tanzania in 2006.
The principal activity of the company is the gold production and Base metal in Tanzania.
The objective of thisgroup is to improve the mineral conditions, which many people had
used the artisanal way.
We will initiate a project in which the works will use modern equipment for the mines,
this project is Pilot Project (Model Mine), to develop little mines and we will get
experience for the future of Tanzania and other countries of Africa.
Like and integrant of t he company Sambaru Mining Group, theconsulter had prepared
this geologic inform of the Isunga Mine zone, with the objective to make a Operative
Unit to produce gold. In 24th April of 2012 we made a visit to t he mine deposit.

LOCALATION AND ACCESIBILITY
This deposit is located in the Mabanga Village of the Nzega District, Tabora Region in
Tanzania.
From Arusha we must cover a distance of 550 km we the followingitinerary:

Arusha – Singida: 320 Km, asphalt road (+/- 15 Km in construction).
Singida – Nzega: 214 Km, asphalt road
Nzega – Isunga 16 Km, asphalt road
LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE GRANT
The miner property is based in a grant in name of Mr. Rebman Damson Tarimo, Moses
P. Kichambati and Samson Joseph Mpan. With a validly for five years, from 15 th March
of 2010. Sambaru Mining Grouphad formalized an agreement of management in the Operative
Unit in a total way.

MINE DESCRIPTION
The grant is being worked intensely for a number of informal miners (men, women and
children) who are authorized dealers extract only the ground surface (Topsoil)
with traditional methodology t ypically, for this include 25 manufacturing mills home.
Moreover, the concession holders havemade the excavation of Shaft 1, having reached a
depth of 200 feet (60.96 m)

It's a good job of underground mining, with a section of 8 'x 6', two compartments,
one for the extraction of mineral or remove in bags, using an electric hoist, which can
extract up to two bags per batch (very little), the other compartment is for the way
with stairs, allowing safeaccess of workmen to the bottom of Shaft, also has an electric
fan that blows cool air through a hose to the bottom 4'' in diameter, a line 2'' to
communicate with the hoist, a line of 3'' to pump water to the surface with an electric
pump and electrical conductors, in finding a secure job and well done.

PRE-MINING ACTIVITIES
Part of the activities of the dealers is the excavation ofShaft 1, for some time the mining
area has been working hard to informal miners (artisanal), which as shown in Table 1,
with the help of 25 mills homemade balls, are capable of producing up to 64 grams
of gold per day, with a value of U.S. $ 3,213 in the current quote, if we project these
revenues for a month of work, would represent a profit of U.S. $96,390, wasting yet
the 50 % of gold due totheir low recovery.
