Ensayo de democracia

* Abstrac
The democracy, there is that system of government, in which the sovereignty of the power resides and is sustained, in people. It is this one, by means of direct or indirect choices, whochooses the principal authorities of the country. Likewise, it is the people, who can change or ratify the same authorities, in the following popular choices. For this motive the Greeks were speakingabout the democracy, as the government of the people; of this fact it is his literal meaning.
It is like that, since it is possible to shape a direct democracy, where the people is the one who takesall the executive and legislative decisions, or the representative democracy, where I populate him by means of popular voting he chooses the authorities that they will represent to the citizenship, inthe capture of decisions.

El voto no es la única forma en la que se ejerce la democracia en un país, pues existen diferentesformas de participación política como:
* Referéndum. Otorga a los ciudadanos el derecho de ratificar o rechazar las decisiones de los cuerpos legislativos.
* Plebiscito. La ciudadanía respondemediante el voto a una consulta efectuada por el gobierno sobre asuntos del estado que son de interés fundamental. Pueden ser cuestiones internas (por ejemplo, cambio de forma política) o de ordeninternacional (problemas limítrofes).
* Iniciativa popular. Es la proposición al parlamento de proyectos de leyes presentados directamente por ciudadanos.
* Recall o revocatoria. Derecho dedeponer funcionarios o anular sus decisiones por medio del voto popular.
* Jurados. Los ciudadanos integran jurados populares, que es una forma de colaborar con el poder judicial.
Cuando votamos,estamos ejerciendo nuestro derecho a la libertad de expresión además estamos eligiendo libremente a quien nos va a representar durante cierto periodo de tiempo, aunque por ejemplo en México, muchos...
