It is easy to hire people to work for your business, but it is hard to find the right employee. I going to talk about the three things a company look for whenhiring personal because must of us will graduate and apparently look for our dream job and expect to be hired. When companies are hiring people for their work crew, it is important that they assess themthoroughly. The companies not only need to know who they are dealing with, but also they need to make sure the people they hire are equipped to do the job correctly. According to the “BusinessLegacy”, a webpage that helps people to understand all the fads and trends of a business, when hiring individuals to work for a company, there are 3 things that they must look for:
Number one, the employeemust be a Doer. One thing that they want to look for when hiring people is to see that they are doers. Doers are people who want to get out there and make things happen. They do not want people workingfor them who are lazy and expect everything to be handed. These people are not good for the work force because they do not care about doing a good job. All they care about is beating the clock andgetting a check. Doers are good for your work force because they care about their job and will take the initiate to make sure things is done right.

Number two, they must have a Good Work Ethic. Thecompany needs to insure that the individuals that you plan to hire will have a good work ethic. Individuals with a good work ethic will care about doing the job right and will be committed to you. Thisis what a company’s best people to have around because they will not have to worry about them letting them down.
