This allows us to have precise information of the condition of the company, equally itallows us to know it the number of employees assigned to the company is sufficient and it the number of points of service is sufficient. Slightly very important it is to support the necessary quantityof the different products to supply all the point of service, without turn with the lack of the same ones, never. The statistical studies have been also an extremely reliable tool to know the receptionthat has had in the plants of the country the biocombustibles which really are a good option for the pocket of de users. The series of information was extracted from the files systematized of thecompany, which every month throw the consolidate one of sale for product and for point of service. 1. INTRODUCCIÓN
El trabajo está enfocado en las ventas de la organización TERPEL para la ciudad de Manizales. El principal objetivo es averiguar en qué días operiodos hay más demanda de combustible por sus clientes.
Ya que en ocasiones anteriores se han presentados dificultades con los proveedores tales como Ecopetrol e ingenios donde los percances máshabituales son: rupturas en poliductos, fallas en unidades de bombeo, o instrumentos de medición, y en la vía por restricciones, problemas de orden público, fenómenos naturales, entre otros
Cabe mencionarque se manejan tres (3) productos principales: gasolina motor, gasolina extra y diesel; además de los secundarios: alcohol y B-100. Todo se basa en la programación de los recibos de combustible que...
