Project Management -RETIREMENT RESOURT WERNIGERODE-
1- Description: give the old people of the region the opportunity of live harmoniously among other retires people andlive the rest of the life with help, enjoyment and serenity.
The time we spent here we noticed that the number of elderly people in this town is way bigger than the average.They have a town for old people, but we can make their time way more enjoyable and special that it already is. Comfort and good treatment of our guest by our staff is a necessity.2- Design: buying a land in a quiet area with lot of nature and easily accessible for bus and train. We would build a 3 story apartment building with 50 rooms, with anentertainment room, relaxing room, pool room and cafeteria. With the walking area and a big garden we would please every guest necessities.
3- Milestones:
* Buy the landand find a construction company in 2 months.
* Marketing campaign started in summer 2013.
* Fill our staff by December 2013.
* Finish construction by January2014.
* Fill all the rooms in 6 months after opening.
* Become the most popular retirement resourt in all Sachschen-Anhalt.
4- Technical Requirements: as weknow we have to be aware of all the obstacles we could encounter while we finding proper land. All the other requirements would be delegated to the construction company.5- Limits and exclusions: we have to know where we are and who our target audience is. Wernigerode is a small village and raising our standards too high could cost our business.6- Reviews with customers. In order to know how possible is our project we are going to interview and make a preliminary research in the villages around Sachschen-Anhalt.
