DEALING WITH NOISY NEIGHBORS

My noisy neighbors ruins my sleep hours. It's 2 in the morning. I’m lying in bed trying to sleep because I have to go to school. I feel a strange sensation in my head. At first, I think it's a headache. But then I realize that the noise comes from the motorcycles or cars at the street. My problem is the common to manycommunities so if a neighbor starts causing problems, it doesn't mean you need to pack up and move from your house. Instead, follow these possible tactics to deal with the situation.
A solution can be to talk to your neighbor and try to resolve your differences in person. It's hard to believe, but sometimes people are not aware that they are causing problems.
If your neighbor is difficult youcan leave an anonymous letter about the issue. The letter can explain how the issue affects the community. Don't make threats, but state that if the situation doesn't improve you'll be forced to notify the authorities. But I’m not really sure this could function with someone who doesn’t feel consideration for others.
Another solution can be to contact the neighbor’s association and ask them tomeet with the community. Also they can Contact the local police if the problem continues.
Talking with the neighbors who are affected can bring out possible solutions to the problem. Communication is always effective.
Noise can be a problem when people live close together. If the noise is a constant problem, you may be unable to sleep when you want, read a novel or study. When you try to solvesuch neighborhood problems don't be driven by anger. Always look for solutions.

Assess if the noise is really unreasonable. If the noisy neighbor is working on her car in the middle of the day, that may be reasonable. If your neighbor is working on his car at 3 a.m., revving it up to check the engine and playing the radio at full blast, that is unreasonable.

Leave ananonymous letter about the noise issue at your neighbor's home. Be sure to leave the letter not long after the latest noise incident. Mention that specific issue and how it affected you and or your family.

Contact the local police if theproblem continues. This will provide documentation of the complaint, and you will not have to get angry with your neighbor.

Contact the city you live in to find out if there is a noise ordinance. File a complaint with the noise abatement department or similar office. The neighbor may be contacted by the city if he is found in violation of a noise ordinance.

Talk to yourother neighbors. If you are hearing the noise, chances are they are too. If the offending neighbor is completely unwilling to quiet down, see if other neighbors will file complaints with the city. Or go as a group to your property management association if you have one. As the old saying goes, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

File a small claims suit against the neighbor. See if youcan get financial compensation for the suffering you've endured. Even the threat of a lawsuit may end the noise problem.
