LISTA DE ANFIBIOS PARA EL PERU

Mus. Hist.Nat. UNMSM A 45: 1-22) publicaron la primera lista de anfibios para el Peru, reportando asi 319 especies. Posteriormente, Morales (1995, Smith. Herp. Inf. Serv. 107: 1-20) reportó un total 316 especies de la sigueinte forma (familia/genero/especies): para Gimnophiona reportó 5/6/16; para Caudata 1/1/3 y para Anura fue 9/44/298. En la actualidad hubo grandes cambios en la sistematica y taxonomis dela mayoria de grupos de anfibios los cuales estan resumidas en Frost, 2007. Amphibian Species of the World: an online reference. La presente listas de anfibios del Peru es una parte de Frost (2007) de donde se extraen 481especies de anfibios y organizada de la siguiente forma: Anura, 27 familias, 57 generos, 457 especies Caudata, 1 familia,1 genero, 3 especies Gymnophiona, 2 familias, 9 generos, 21 especies Desde 1995 hasta el 2007 (12 años) habido un incremeto de 165 especies, lo que daría un promedio anual de 13 especies descritas.
