Introduction
In this final paper we want to mention all the experiences that we had in part of the semester when we went to make my observations at “language center” we saw a lot of things those are important when we will be a English teacher. The topic that we choose was friendship class and cohesiveness because we saw in the classroom needs friendship and talk with the classmates for supporteach one.
We aim in this paper is to show that the students are treated as master and teacher and students, the good fellowship will be important to have a good academic level?
Another theme of friendship is also the motivation that is given to students in the classroom, this motivation may be the teacher or student to student, but here we sew only the motivation of the teacher to hisstudents and how the question.
To the extent that we want to answer the question whether the teacher's fault that the students have low achievement, low academic, who did not speak to each other or what the problem is that the classroom hasn´t enough size… Will blame the teacher? the student? or both?. Below our explanations and comments throughout the semester.

“Friendship cohesiveness andMotivation in classroom of young adult”
What is cohesiveness?
Cohesiveness is the state of cohering, uniting, and sticking together. Members of cohesive groups pull together, trust and support one another, and feel relaxed and comfortable working together, The first time I enter to the classroom to observe, I realized they were about 15 students, that's good for the teacher of your custom classand the group to understand what the teacher is explaining, but I realized that students did not participate and the teacher was in despair (Schmuck and Schmuck P.118).
The teacher went to work in pairs or three people and one person in each group was the leader, and some groups did not share his teachings. And everyone exercise their own way, then rested and had a good partnership.
Thefirst appearance and the acceptance of the others
Often the appearance is important to make friends in elementary and high school. girls tend to make friends according to how you see the other girls, if you dress well and if you are nice.
In heterosexual relationships during high school or college also plays an important role. Sometimes the first day of school you talk to the person who is besideyou, or the person that attracts you to know more about him, or if it is smart to learn more about that person, which if found is that when you spend time with an intelligent person will learn a lot from such people and he/she will make an improvement in your academic level, or if you spend time with people who do not work and is doing poorly in school, you will become like that person and willnot be good for you .
In the classroom of the language center I noticed that students were divided and always spoke with the same people, there were people who wear black clothes and listen rock and punk music and those people are nobodies who spoke only were always dressed alike together, and "up town people" mocked or laughed when someone did not say either exercise the right answer, Ithink the teacher should interact there and tell students not to laugh or to put more dynamic to have more interaction within the classroom, the teacher just came and put his exercises and explained, but did not take into conscience that this affected students in the group.
that's when students are no longer encouraged to participate by themselves, until the teacher chose to come forward andanswer exercise.
Scores is another factor that students are accepted in their groups. As well as peers might accept it as much as refuse it as "nerd" and not help their peers or school exams and are rejected by students.
We believe that critical factor for peer-group acceptance is not traditionally measured , but cluster of interpersonal behaviors that could be called social intelligence or...
