Abstract Amended proposals were developed on how to manage knowledge within the field of education. These proposals considered the conceptual characteristics ofknowledge not only as scientific information, but also as the attainment of reality in an abstract way. Thus, the investigation was started on the ontological reality of human beings, their process of knowing, ways of acquiring knowledge, the use and influence of knowledge, information, their stages and places. As part of this research, it was analyzed, according to different authors, the conceptand types of knowledge, revelatory knowledge, understanding of the unintelligible, human faith and theological faith, creativity and innovation. Likewise, the use of tacit knowledge and articulated knowledge was studied. From the organizational knowledge management and its relationship to the institutional context of education, it was determined, how to streamline networks and channels ofknowledge. After a comparative analysis of methodologies and models, schematic and gradual thematic diagrams were drawn to prioritize and characterize knowledge. Thus, classifying, organizing and transfering knowledge is simplified. At the same time, perspective methodology tables were generated in: method, approach, benefits, proper use, limitations and knowledge typification. Graphs tools and tables weredesigned for the generation, transmission and spread of knowledge within the educational framework and inter-institutional dialogue, as well as diagrams on the temporality of knowledge and the balance between supply and demand of knowledge. Also exchange factors or drivers were tabulated for the building of scenarios. Therefore, among the expectations of the research, one is the impact oneducational institutions with the use of knowledge mapping, consequent with its technological trajectories, global and local trends, and the strengthening of its competitive advantages. It is expected, based on the design of obtained tools and within the limits and potential objectives of educational institutions, that they will benefit from getting involved in knowledge management as a field of learningthat brings changes in the democratization and socialization of knowledge.

Resumen Se desarrollaron propuestas modificadas de cómo gestionar el conocimiento dentro del ámbito educativo. Tales propuestas consideran las características conceptuales del conocimiento no solamente como información científica, sino como aprehensión de la realidad de manera abstracta en el ser humano. Así se partióde la realidad ontológica del ser humano, su proceso de conocer, las formas de adquirir conocimiento, el uso e influencia del conocimiento, la información, sus instancias y lugares. En el marco de esta investigación, se analizó, según diferentes autores, el concepto y tipologías del conocimiento, el conocimiento por revelación, la comprensión de lo ininteligible, la fe humana y la fe teológica, elconocimiento, la creatividad e innovación. El uso del conocimiento tácito y conocimiento articulado fue también estudiado. A partir de la gestión del conocimiento organizacional y su relación al contexto institucional educativo se determinaron redes y flujos para dinamizar el conocimiento y se esquematizaron diagramas graduales temáticos para priorizar el conocimiento luego del análisiscomparativo de metodologías y modelos para que el conocimiento se tipifique, clasifique, organice y limitaciones y tipificación del conocimiento.
