Was a momentous event in human history, was characterized by the replacement of human laborby machines. The types of organization were the guilds, formed by a group of people from the same specialty or occupation, in each there was a clear hierarchy between the learner, the officer and theteacher.
As the Industrial Revolution, is defined the set of major technical innovations that emerged in Britain.

2. DEFINITION
Is the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the use of resourcesand work activities in order to achieve the objectives or goals of the organization efficiently and effectively.
