INTRODUCTION

The world is constantly changing, and for good or for bad the business environment has been affected for all this changes, every single day the organizations have different challenges, and it is up to their directors and employees find the best wayto face them, and remain active in the market.
In order to face all the new challenges that the organizations have, increase the productivity and also add value to their services and products, it is very important to be update in every single aspect around their business, for example new technologies, new services to provide, changes in the macro environment and all the possible things that canaffect the organization. To face all this challenges, remain active and lead the market, the organizations count with their most important resource, their human capital, which is the one that every day works and is involve in the business, the employees know what is happening in their environment, what is going on outside and inside the organization and have a clear idea of their needs as a personand as a workers, and with the collaboration of their managers, talent managers and the company will be possible to fill the gaps and reach all the purpose goals.
Every single person in the organization have different needs and ambitions, some of them only work because they have bills to pay and they need the money, others because they want to do something with their lives, others because theywant to grow up as a worker and as a person, each case is completely different and maybe that is way managers, cannot treat every person in the same way an expect same results from them, one of the best way to know your employees is to be in touch with them, hear what they like, what they do not like and what are they expecting form the organizations, performance appraisal is an excellent toolprovided to help managers and talent managers to know what are the needs of their employees and also find out how you can supply them, offering trainings, carriers development and different kind of opportunities to make them feel comfortable and also be prepared to face the challenges that they will have because of the constant change in the environment, for new products, competitors, etc.
Example* Tesco uses 360-degree appraisal. Stakeholders who have contact with the employee assess the person's performance and give feedback. For example, a store department manager may get feedback from their manager, their 'buddy', other department managers, the HR and their team.

Training and development are the best answers that organizations can have to provide to their employees the correcttools to face all the changes in the environment, the new challenges in future jobs or positions and also insulate firms from skills shortage and satisfy their needs, there are different types of trainings and all of them have different characteristics but the same purpose, we have on the job training and lectures, programmed instruction, computer-assisted instruction , audiovisual techniques,simulations and business games. It is up to the needs of the organization or the worker define which one is the most accurate to cover and supply the needs that they have.

When a new employee comes for the first time to the organization, he is introduced to it, he received an initial training where his manager and colleges tell him what he has to do, what they are expecting from him and also he hasthe opportunity to tell them what is the experience that he has and how he can help the organization to reach its goals, then the career in the company starts for this person, and so on many things can happened, things inspired for the organization, for his manager or for his self-improvement expectations, easily he can become in an ordinary employee and accomplish the assigned task for which he...
