BriefHistory: The headphone became the fashion from the early history of the telephone and radio. Weak electrical signals of the early instruments were to handle only headphones audibly.Beyerdynamic is considered, having officially invented headphones in the late 1930s, the first company to market headphones sold to the general public.
Manufacturing: Headphones, massproduced, its components vary depending on the manufacturer, but have several constants as:
• Speakers (or mini speaker) usually called: platin vibration. They are usually coated copperand wires soldered to them. They work with magnetic fields that vibrate with electricity and information sent from the device to which you connect.
• Plug-in (or mini plug-in) alsoknown as a pin. It consists of 4 components (normally). The plug itself, which is divided into three: left channel, right and a disruptor of electricity; plus a copper wire connected toit.
• Transmitter Cable: A cable that transmits electricity and information. It is made of a coated copper with a protective material, or sometimes with a better alloy. Somemanufacturers add the headset volume controls, which is basically an electricity flow which is cut or opened according to the desired volume.
Uses and extra data:
• Headphones were createdfor radios, initially, but now anyone with a device that can use it comfortably.
• The first headphones were a little dangerous to use, because it could electrocute you, themagnetic field could make deaf, apart from other things like the possibility of cancer.
• Some serve as speaker and / or antenna.
