DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FROM ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION OF WETLAND CAPELLANIA
ABSTRACT
In ancient wetlands were drained by those who owned land near a local flood because they considered water significantly affecting the land which contained and prevented the expansion of the agricultural frontier ; but are now recognized as a major ecosystemrepresenting a significant environmental value. The main function of wetlands , besides being a great ecosystem and an important habitat for many living things , is that act as natural water filtering .
Despite the great environmental importance of wetlands, it is clear that are threatened by various anthropogenic factors in search of an agricultural, industrial, urban development or any other causedestruction or degradation of wetlands which may consequently have direct impacts on the biological resources in these habitat.
Currently and as perhaps never have seen some people are worrying about the fate of wetlands, this is how communities and environmental organizations are looking for some way to protect these ecosystems, but efforts are insufficient compared to the large and diversethreats at bay with these strategic ecosystems of the city.
This study aims to look at, so detailed Wetland Chaplaincy , because as noted is threatened by various exogenous factors without considering the consequences is destroying valuable ecosystem that offers a great environmental added to our capital.
