It is relatively easy to define migration, it consists of the abandonment by certain persons from their place of residence and the adoption of a new one for a relatively long period, but notnecessarily permanent.
People that take the decision to leave their country to settle in another have never been easy, represent to many obstacles and it is most difficult in the country of entry. Theimmigration is one of the most controversial global phenomena. All developed nations and the ones not much undeveloped, restrict immigration for the reasons of economically, unfair competition for citizenmanpower at low cost and burden that immigrant represent the provision of public social services.
Despite all the reasons the border closure poses serious respect for human rights, especially whenanother country that does not allow free exit of the people. In this case there is a violation of Article 13 of the universal declaration of humans right which states:
