Specifics Outcomes:  Precursor of the administration to study, explain the value of the study of thehistory management, set the principles of scientific management, bureaucratic administration, the human relations, the approach of system and contingency. Describe how impact trends in the labor force, such as; cultural diversity, work ethic, organizational change, total quality management, re-engineering, delegation authority and computers work, the labor force, the reduction of the companiesand part- time workers in managing current. Define organizational culture, identify the features that integrate the culture of an organization, distinguish between the external and internal environment and how they impact the provision of goods and services to the Manager. Explain the importance of the globalization of the markets, the importance of managing a global perspective describe nationalproblem, compare the multinational corporations and transnational, explain commercial, explain the four partnerships dimensions of national culture and the challenges of the manager who works in environments global.
