Evolution and growth of the International Trade challenges enterprises where logistic takes vital importance. About those challenges, it must be pointed out that competitivenessin a globalized commerce will depend on the way that they were introduced in an international context. In order to succeed in this area, it new advantages for logistics and commercial operations willbe necessary.
In Latin America, logistics industry has seen an important increase by the proliferation of free trade agreements and foreign direct investments, among others.
In order to achieve ourpurposes, logistics is defined as the discipline that involves the integration of information, manages transportation, inventory, warehousing, material handing, and packaging, and occasionallysecurity, of the flow of the goods, and services between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet the requirements of customers. The increase of logistic could de translated in agrowth of 15% of the commerce.
Therefore, opinions and advices of experts in logistics are important in order to succeed in commercial operations.

Despite the formalities, procedures and documentshandled by Customs, the optimal application of the customs´ flow is not achieved. The modernization program for Customs seeks to develop a competent and efficient country, in order to facilitate thecrucial role played by Customs in the global trading system.
Nowadays, it is important to highlight that 5.3% of the Mexican development during 2010, is because of foreign trade. Regardless the worldcrisis, our country had profits of 298,361 millions of dollars. Every year, 4.5 millions of freight vehicles and 70 millions of particular vehicles, plus 200 millions of persons, come and go into thecountry trough one of our 52 official crossings.
