The Irish coins of Euro share the same image imagined by Jarlath Hayes, that of the Celtic harp, a traditional Irish symbol from theMiddle Ages, based on the representation of Brian Boru's Harp, located in the Trinity College of Dublin, allegedly property of the former High King of Ireland, Brian Boru. The same harp is used as official symbol of the Irish State, the Great Stamp of Ireland.
