Abstract in Czech Language: Plynulý materiálový tok má klíčový vliv na konečné nákladyvýrobku, proto efektivní a správně pracující interní materiálový tok je velmi důležitou a nedílnou částí zásobovacího řetězce. Kanban je nástroj pro zajištění Just in Time (JIT) metody a LeanManufacturing. Ekanban je další logický krok - zefektivnění klasického kartičkového kanbanu. Výhody jsou v lepší transparentnosti systému a dohledatelnosti všech pohybů v systému, e-kanban může také pracovat smnohem větším počtem materiálů. Na případech z praxe jsou vysvětlována klíčová pravidla a typické problémy se zaváděním e-kanbanu. Keywords: E-kanban, Just In Time, Kanban, Lean Manufacturing 1.Introduction

Integrated planning, formation, carrying out and controlling of tangible and with them connected information flows from the supplier to the company, inside the company and from thecompany to the supplier is very important part of the life of the company. Systems Just in Time (JIT) and kanban are helping to manage the manufacturing company that among others costs are minimised andthe productivity is maximised, that 100% quality is ensured and the stock is as low as possible. Current highly competitive manufacturing environment and lean system demand accuracy, speed and agilityfrom the supply chain. Kanban, one of the most important components of Toyota Production System (TPS), is a simple and effective tool to accomplish the pull concept of lean manufacturing. This methodof Just in Time production uses containers or lot sizes with a single card attached to each. Kanban signals indicate demand, so overproduction is not allowed.
