LUNCH IN THE COUNTRY
A man invites a friend to have lunch with his family. ‘Come and have lunch with us on Sunday at our little house in the country.’‘Thanks very much. I’d love to come. But I don’t know the address. Where is it?’
‘Look at this map. The bus stop is here. Turn right and go straight on for about five hundred metres. There’s a house witha blue door on the right. Turn left opposite the house with the blue door, and go straight on.’
‘After about a hundred metres, there’s a field on your left. You can’t miss it- there’s a big tree inthe middle of the field. There’s a little road on the left after the field. Our house is at the end of the little road. It’s got a green door.’
‘Just knock on the door with your foot.’
‘With myfoot? Why with my foot?’
‘Because you’ll have a bottle of wine in each hand.’

Flights from London, Heathrow. Yes , of course. There´s flight number BA 302 a.m. It arrives at 8:30.
Six thirty! That´s too early!
Too early… ok. Well, there´sAF 809 at 9:30 a.m. that arrives in Paris at 11:30. Then flight number AF 811 leave London at 11:30 a.m. and arrives in Paris at 13:30 hours.
That´s half past one.
That’s right. AF 811 arrives athalf past one. Then there´s flight number BA 308. That departs al 12:30 from London, and arrives in Paris at 2.30 in the afternoon. Do you want to hear any more?

a- It´s not a very big place, but it suits us. There´s a big kitchen. We always eat there. We haven´t got a dining room, but there´s a beautiful sitting room. The bathroom´s quite small, butit´s nice. We haven´t got any children so we don´t need hundreds of bedrooms- there´s one for friends for us, and there´s one for friends when they come.
