LICENSE. Fender Musical Instruments Corporation ("Fender") grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the software and any accompanying content and documentationprovided by Fender in any form (collectively the "Software") solely as it is contained in and provided with the MUSTANG™ or G-DEC® amplifier on which it is installed (“Amplifier”) and solely for yourpersonal use, subject to the terms in this License Agreement ("Agreement"). Your Amplifier may also contain pre-loaded content, including presets and loops, which are also subject to therestrictions of this Agreement. This content, together with the Software is referred to below as the “Content.”

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS. You may only use the Content in connection with the Amplifier on whichit comes installed. You may not distribute, sell, lease, license, transfer or make any copies for any purpose, including to copy the Content to a device or amplifier other than the Amplifier that itaccompanies. You may not modify, reverse engineer, reverse compile, decompile or disassemble the Content (except as and only to the extent allowed by law to achieve the interoperability of the Softwarewith other programs).

You understand and expressly agree that use of the content, or any portion of or files related to the content, is at your own risk. The software permits you to use, download,save, exchange or otherwise obtain third party materials, files or data, which you do at your own discretion and risk. Neither fender nor its licensors or suppliers is responsible for any virus orother damage to your computer, amplifier, software, any loss of data, music or midi files, or any other damage or harm at all that may result from your download or use of the software.
