The Nahuatl, Word thatmeans “the clear language” also known as Mexican or Aztec, was the official language of the Aztec empire form the 13 century till the conquerors. But even after the conquest the Europeans stillused it through the missioners taking the language to places they didn’t used it.

Yucatan, Campeche, Quintana Roo, Oaxaca, Belize and Guatemala. Its commonly known as simply Maya but theclassifiers have said that its Maya yucateco.
Now a day’s its written in Latin characters because of the Spanish conquerors in yucatan but in prehispanic times it was written as a system of symbolscalled Grifos.
MIXTECO
The mixteco belongs to the mixtecan culture. It comes rom the Otomanguean which is a kind of Nahuatl, it is the 3rd most spiked language in Mexico. The traditional areaof the mixtecan People is Oaxaca, Puebla and Guerrero but They migrated in cause of the poorness of this places to the State of Mexico, Baja California to The Valley of San Quintin and even to TheUS. The new generations here are bilingual but form Mixteco and English.
