The Planet Earth




The amount of solar energy reaching the Earth decreases with increasing latitude. At higher latitudes sunlight strikes thesurface at an angle less, having columns that pierce thick atmosphere.

There can be many different climates on Earth. There can be rainy days, hot days,windy days, cold day, sunny days, cloudy days, stormy days etc!
Earth Sphere’s

* Geosphere is the solid , rocky , part of Earth .
* Theatomosphere is the mixture of gases on earth.
* The biosphere is the living things on earth.
* The hydroshpere is the liquid part of earth.
*The cryosphere is the frozen part of earth!
Water cycle
The earth has a limited amount of water.  That water keeps going around and around and aroundand around and (well, you get the idea) in what we call the "Water Cycle”. This cycle is made up of a few main parts:
* Evaporation-is when the sunheats up water and goes into the air.
* Condensation-Water vapor in the air gets cold and changes back into liquid
* Precipitation-occurs when somuch water has condensed that the air cannot hold it anymore. The clouds get heavy and water falls back to the earth in the form of rain, hail, sleet orsnow.

The importance of the Earth
In this brochure you would be learning about some of the different main parts of the planet Earth. Climate &weather, the earth sphere’s and about the water cycle! So you see how important Earth is and how it can provide us with a lot of different ways to keep us.
