The hip hop or hip-hop is an art movement that emerged in the United States in the late 1960s in the African American neighborhoods of New Yorkers ylatinoamericanas as Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn. The DJ Afrika Bambaataa outlined the four pillars of hip hop: MC, DJ, breakdance and grafiti.1 2 Other elements include beatboxing.
The hip hop or rap music is a musical genre that developed as part ofhip hop culture, and is defined by four stylistic elements: MC, DJ / turntablism, sampling (or synthesis of sound) and beatboxing. Graffiti is the artistic branch of this culture pictorial applied to urban areas. The aesthetics of graffiti has influenced the comic (as in The Boondocks strips) and the design of clothing, album covers and other objects. Practitioners of this facet are calledwriters (writers). There are styles of graffiti that are considered to have less to do with hip hop culture, as radical & political graffiti, street art graffiti ypost (usually graffiti policy) and graffiti computer generated.
