1. Design a Problem Statement for QuickStop.

The issue comes from the lack of females customers, QuickStop has mainlymales customers therefore they are losing an important group of potential customers. This problem directly affects the sales of QuickStop, this could increase, it also affects suppliers, management,customers. The impacts that this issue is making in the company are less sales, not have enough products for sale.

Female Public is notcoming to QuickStop.

Affects suppliers, management, customers and sales.

-What is the issue?
The lack of females customers.

-What could be done to get more femalescustomers?
QuickStop could find out what are the products that women want to buy in a convenience store, so they could get them and have more variety in their stock.

-Where does this issue occur?This issue is happening in all the QuickStop stores.

-When does this issue does to be fixed?
The faster QuickStop fixes this issue the better will be for the sale and profit of the company.-Why this issue should be solved?
If this issue is solved QuickStop will give a better service to the customers, will increase sales and expand its market.

3. What data Collection Methods could beused?
To follow this problem the following data collections could be use:
* Interviews; this method could be applied to know what women are looking for in a convenience store, or to getinformation about the service, if it is women friendly, or about the store style.
* Observations; through observation done by the staff, QuickStop can determine the behavior of the customers, how much timedo they spend looking for an item, if they are buying in a hurry or relaxed.
* Documents; If the staff counts how many women went in to the store, how many women bought something or asked for...
