REFERENCE: Academic report of classroom observations
The Classroom observations belong to the subject ofEnglish didactics I that develops in the career of Linguistics Applied in language teaching in the Faculty of Humanities of the UMSS.
It has been formed to analyze the teaching methodologies ofsecond language-English -, it is used by teacher. Also, to describe the observed subject, materials provided and used in the teacher's class.
During the classroom observations, the teacher is used aparticipative methodology of group work and pooling, so that it deepens the achievement of the second language teaching. For the introduction of each class was always a motivation to students, it wasused mostly masterly presentation and dialogue, supported by resources, mostly, with the power point.
This file shows all positive and negative aspects that we can found in the process of learning,we based in the three criteria for all positives and negatives aspects in speaking, reading, writing and listening.
Positive aspects
In every class teachers speak a loud.
Teachers have a lot ofactivities.
Teachers motivate us to participate in the class.
Teachers want to show all of their knowledge.
Teachers have their own methodology.
Negative aspects
Teacher does not give to studentsan option to say what they think.
Teachers give a lot of questions.
There are not present practices about discrimination pronunciation.
Teacher used to speak Spanish almost all the time.
Used ofSpanish in an English class.
Suggestions
Teacher has to be more patient when he speaks.
Teacher should be more active in English class.
Teacher should do more practices in the pronunciationTeacher should win the confidence to the students
Teacher should get different resources of materials, for motivating to the students in the classroom.
