Personality
Personality can be defined as a dynamic and organized set of characteristics possessed by a person thatuniquely influences his or her cognitions, motivations, and behaviors in various situations.
In other words, it is a result of ways that a person is reactingand acting with others. Our mood, our productivity, motivation and attitudes in problems are depended by personality too.
Psychologists think, personalitiesare models about behavior, exclusives and permanents in everyone. Due to this idea, humans have been considered differents and uniques.
Previous, has beensupported in three factors and respond the following question: Why do we are to that way?
The factors are:
Genetics: Since a child has been born, he or shehas a character. It is because is transfered genetic information by the parents. For example, look like and part of temperament.
Environmentals: Are learned inthe place that you grew up. If you have lived in a sociable and comfortable environment, you ought to be easy going, but if you have lived in a rudeenvironment you ought to be rude or hostile.
Conditionals: Are in accordance with the situation. May be you are a nice person, with good mood, peaceful when you arein a normal moment, but if you are in a difficult or stressing time, maybe your behavior can changing, and you can acting angry, desesperate or impulsive.This theory is exemplified in the follow image:
