The human rights is a very important topic for most of thecountries around the globe, and specially those of the social group of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexual and Transexual (LGBT) rights, because this delegation thinks that this social group is one of the mostvulnerable and attacked of all. This delegation is working out this problem, trying to make solutions TO STOP this problema that can become on its worst situations a hate problema against LGBT.

In theRupublic of Poland, LGBT people may experience legal challanges, not experienced by non-LGBT residents, however, both male and female same-sex sexual activity are legal in Poland, but same sex couplesmay not have the same protections as opposite sex couples. Althought homosexuality has never been ilegal under Polish laws. Because on 1932 homosexuality was recognized by law with the introduction ofa new penal code. Homosexual prostitution was legalized in 1969, and gay people can join the army forces of Poland. Homosexuality was not longer recognized as a disease on 1991One good thing is thatmany left-wing political parties (SLD, UP, SDPL, RACJA PL and others) support the gay rights movement and are in favor of appropriate changes in legislation, but there is no legal recognitionof same-sex couples. Article 18 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland (1997) defines "marriage" as a union of a man and a woman. Gay couples can not adopt, but single gay can. In 2004, under theprevious left-wing government the Senate approved a bill allowing gay and lesbian people to register their relationships as civil unions. The conservative party that are majority after the 2005 electionsare against this bill; after this elections, the delegation of Poland has been claimed of Homofobic, this because of the former president Lech Kaczyńsk tried to ban an LGBT pride parade in Poland....
