Present Perfect (have-has)

 What is the Present Perfect?
The present perfect tense is that as the name indicates speaks of this. But this is only a small part. The largest use the presentperfect is to talk about the past. Many people do not use the present perfect correctly for having translated directly from their native language. Now we explain how the present form perfect and when used. How to form the present perfect?
The present perfect forms as follows:
Subject + have / has + participle
I have worked
You have seen
She has walked
He has spoken
It has rainedWe have forgotten
You have worn

 Use of Present Perfect

To speak of a past action without saying that (without giving a time):
- I have visited Rome
- I have seen him twice

To speak ofan action that began in the past and continues to the present:
- I have been ill for 3 days
- They have been married for 10 years
The present perfect is often used with the following words: Already,yet, just, since, so far:
- She has just bought a new car
- I have already made my bed
- We haven’t cleaned the kitchen yet
- You haven’t visited me since March
- I have been to the cinema onceso far this month

When an action is so new that even notes the consequences:
- It smells funny in here: oh look, they have painted the walls
- The streets are wet, because it has rained

Whenyou say you’ve never done something or ask if anyone has ever done anything in her life (w ord ever):
- I have never driven a car
- Have you ever been to Italy?

 Abbreviations present perfectThe perfect present verb can abbreviate the auxiliary have and the word not:

Have you seen the film?
- X no, we can abbreviate: affirmative question

For the third time: No, I have not seen thefilm
- X is not, we should not short: if we want to make something very clear

The horses run away have
- No X, we can`t short: it would be awkward to pronounce
