PREVALENCIA DE PROBLEMAS ARTICULARES Y SUS FACTORES ASOCIADOS EN UNA POBLACION GENERAL DE LA CIUDAD DE ZAPOTLAN EL GRANDE, JALISCO.

Resumen

Introducción: La artritis reumatoide, una enfermedad de carácter autoinmuneque afecta las articulaciones de manera progresiva llegando hasta la incapacidad del paciente, a razón de esto se realizo un estudio en la ciudad de Zapotlan el Grande Jalisco para conocer la incidencia de la población a estos problemas articulares.
Justificación: Su presencia en la población varía entre un 1% y un 3%, siendo tres veces más frecuente en las mujeres. Presenta variación con laedad: suele iniciarse entre los 30 y los 50 años, y la prevalencia aumenta con la edad. Por estos motivos se decidió investigar la incidencia de signos y síntomas en dicha ciudad.
Material y métodos: Se realizo un estudio analítico con 300 personas de ambos sexos, se les aplico una encuesta donde expusieron algunos signos y síntomas que presentaban de origen articular, se realizo la recopilación dedatos para después analizarlos y exponer los resultados.
Resultados: Se utilizo como parámetro el presentar 6 o más signos o síntomas de la enfermedad, estos parámetros arrojaron que 54 personas presentaban estos requisitos y que 28 de las 54 personas fueron hombres lo que demuestra más incidencia en hombres de entre 36 y 58 años de edad a padecer esta enfermedad.
Conclusiones: La artritisreumatoide es una enfermedad autoinmunitaria en la hay afectación de varias articulaciones del cuerpo. Esta enfermedad ocasiona incapacidad de la persona ya que produce inflamación, dolor y pérdida de movilidad entre las más importantes.

Abstract

Introduction: The artritis reumatoide, a disease of autoimmunecharacter that affects the joints of a progressive way coming up to the disability of the patient, because of this I realize a study in the city of Zapotlan el Grande, hat to know the incident of the population to these problems you will articulate.
Justification: His presence in the population changes between a 1 % and 3 %, being three times more frequent in the women. Presents variation with the age:it is in the habit of beginning between the 30 and 50 years, and the prevalence increases with the age. For these motives it was decided to investigate the incident of signs and symptoms in the above mentioned city
Material and methods: I realize an analytical study with 300 persons of both sexes, I apply a survey to them where they exposed some signs and symptoms that they were presenting oforigin to articulate, I realize the summary of information later to analyze and to expose the results.
Results: I use as parameter to present 6 or more signs or symptoms of the disease, these parameters threw that 54 persons were presenting these requirements and that 28 of j54 persons were men what demonstrates more incident in men of between 36 and 58 years of age to suffering this disease.Conclusions: The artritis reumatoide is a disease autoinmunitaria in there is affectation of several joints of the body. This disease causes disability of the person since it produces inflammation, pain and loss of mobility between the most important.

a artritis reumatoide es una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica delas articulaciones, que origina dolor, rigidez, hinchazón y pérdida de la movilidad del cuerpo. A veces se acompaña de otros problemas en diferentes órganos del cuerpo como ojos, pulmones, corazón, piel o vasos, etc.10
