Programa de Calidad Total para mejorar la Gestión Logística en la CONSTRUCTORA HVCG.SAC CONTRATISTAS, Jaén 2009. Luis Valdiviezo Merino1 Jhony Brayan Siancas Gonzáles 2 Marko Luis Tarrillo Cieza 3 Resumen La presente tesis se desarrolla, como consecuencia de haber observado el funcionamiento de la empresa CONSTRUCTORA H.V. CONTRATISTAS GENERALES S.A.C., Jaén 2009.”; cuya gestión, demostrabaimprovisación, desorden y una delimitación inadecuada de la función y responsabilidades de los trabajadores, conscientes de que podríamos contribuir al mejoramiento de la gestión logística, nos planteamos como tarea desarrollar el presente trabajo de investigación. Y para obtener la información hemos usado las técnicas de la encuesta, de entrevista, observación y la técnica de recolección de datossecundarios, usando como principales instrumentos de recolección de datos, formatos, cuestionario, guía de la entrevista y guía de la observación. Para el procesamiento y análisis de datos, hemos recurrido a las técnicas estadísticas y a los métodos, inductivo, deductivo y descriptivo; siendo nuestros principales hallazgos: La existencia de un empirismo administrativo, el desorden, la improvisación,trabajadores no identificados ni comprometidos con la empresa; además el manejo de los materiales, vehículos, maquinaria, equipos y herramientas, se realiza de acuerdo al buen criterio de los trabajadores; ante está realidad hemos elaborado una propuesta, basándonos fundamentalmente en el modelo de la rueda de Deming, y también en los conceptos de la gestión logística. Consideramos que nuestrapropuesta debe ser el punto de partida para el inicio de una gestión logística en forma científica, y sin temor a equivocarnos, en el corto y mediano plazo, la organización estará logrando eficiencia y eficacia en su gestión empresarial Abstrac The present thesis develops, as consequence of having observed the functioning of the CONSTRUCTION company H.V.
