Strengths
The access to E-learning and tutoring after classes which represents an easier way of real-time communication after classes between the teacher and the student.
A much more personalized class.
The parents won’t need to pay for an institute after school classes.
The program will be cheaper than an institute. The students will face English on a daily basis as those in bilingualschools.
It’s something new that can bring changes to the English teaching. We will prepare a room with all the technology requires to teach the language.

Weaknesses
We do not have the same cultural and economic background.
It is not well known in the country.
Not all students from those schools have Internet available at home.

Opportunities
The needs of schools which do not have a TFLprogram that can help students develop English skills to be prepared, according to the new globalization standards.
All traditional schools need this program.
Other programs that are working with this type of teaching technique are like traditional institutes, so students lack lot of skills and knowledge.

Threats
We don’t have the accreditation like those old and big institutions.
Not allschools will accept it.
The conditions of the program are high so could be that schools do not fit the program.
Competitor will try to copy this way of teaching.
Competitor will learn how our process is.
An environment of noise which can make the process be slower.
