Técnicas En Terapia Familiar Sistémica

RESUMEN

Al referirnos a las técnicas terapéuticas utilizadas en la terapia familiar es imposible no volver a los inicios de esta visión paradigmática, el enfoque sistémico provoca una revoluciónen la mirada, abordaje y comprensión causal lineal de los modelos terapéuticos establecidos en la época incorporando el análisis causal circular. La terapia familiar sistémica expone un modeloalternativo de entender las complejidades humanas, se abandona la mirada netamente intrapsíquica hacia una visión relacional así como a su vez una modificación lingüística del como abordar las problemáticasya no solo mirar el pasado, sino “el aquí y el ahora”. El presente informe se orienta si bien bajo las alas del modelo sistémico hará hincapié en la formación de prácticas narrativas, mostrando comola construcción de la identidad familiar pasa en el reconocer nuestra historia de vida, nuestro patrón cultural y brindar peso social al valor lingüístico como creador de realidades.
