Smoking:
Is a chronic disease that is characterized as addiction caused by the consumption of snuff, primarily associated with one of its active components, nicotine, which acts on the central nervous system.
Addiction Causes:
The causes of this addiction have much to do with the media and is given by:
Social conditions (recognition, acceptance).
Psychological reasons (pleasure derivedfrom smoking, the feeling of relaxation and concentration).
Attributed by properties (antidepressant or to relieve anxiety).
Passive Smoker :
Being a passive smoker means to be inhaling the smoke generated for smokers.
Active Smoker :
is one that has a direct contact with cigarette and inhales smoke caused by itself.
Health Consequences:
The incidence of snuff on health is as wide asserious causing injury:
cancer (lung, esophagus, pharynx, pancreas, stomach, liver and cervical cancer)
cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, heart failure or atherosclerosis)
heart attack
  ulcer or gastritis
loss of sexual desire
The hearing, teeth and hearing are impaired
osteoporosis
  bronchitis
renal diseases
multiple sclerosis
pulmonary emphysema

Fumar:
es una enfermedadcrónica que se caracteriza como la adicción causado por el consumo de tabaco, principalmente asociado con uno de sus componentes activos, la nicotina, que actúa sobre el sistema nervioso central.
Causas de la adicción:
Las causas de esta adicción tiene mucho que ver con los medios de comunicación y está dada por:
• Condiciones sociales (reconocimiento, aceptación).
• Razones psicológicas (placerderivado de fumar, la sensación de relajación y concentración).
• atribuyen propiedades (antidepresivo o para aliviar la ansiedad).
Fumador pasivo:
Ser un fumador pasivo significa estar aspirando el humo que generan los fumadores.
Fumador activo:
es uno que tiene un contacto directo con el cigarrillo y inhala el humo causado por sí mismo.
Consecuencias para la salud:
La incidencia del tabacoen la salud es tan amplia como la lesión grave que causa:
• Cáncer (pulmón, esófago, faringe, páncreas, estómago, hígado y cáncer de cuello uterino)
• Las enfermedades cardiovasculares (hipertensión, insuficiencia cardiaca o ateroesclerosis)
• Ataque cardiaco
• Úlcera o gastritis
• Pérdida del deseo sexual
• La audiencia, los dientes y el oído se deterioran
• Osteoporosis
• Bronquitis
•Enfermedades renales
• Esclerosis múltiple
• Enfisema pulmonar

The number of smokers worldwide, is about 1300 million people use snuff, almost 1000 million men and 250 million women. Calculations of the WHO indicate that 2020 deaths will cause twice the current, that is, about 10 million deaths.
