Good morning teachers good morning partners, my name is Sebastian Ramirez, I am 23 years old, I study architecture at Central University and I'm doing my thesis, I amgoing to talk about Tadao Ando, I think that he is the top architect around the world and his architecture style is very different .

Tadao Ando is Japanese. He was bornon September 13th, in 1941. He is 71 years old, le lives in Osaka, Japan. He didn’t study architecture in his youth; he learned architecture alone because he read manybooks and he traveled around Africa, Europe and the United States,
He creates a new form to see the architecture because he uses the natural elements but the mostimportant is the light for this reason, he relates the light and the pure forms in his construction and expresses the spirit of nature.
He thinks that architecture is an artbecause the people express their feelings and beliefs.
His tendency is minimalist because he uses the pure forms and uses the necessary things and elements to build hisprojects and this is the most important for me because I think that the most important is the quality and not the quantity.
He won many awards for his work but the mostimportant is the Pritzker prize. It’s the most important prize in the art of architecture
He has got many works for example:
* Casa Koshino in (Ashiya, Japón)
*Iglesia sobre el agua in (Hokkaido, Japón)
* Casa Azuma in (Osaka, Japón)

But the most important is Church of light because this building has presence of light and joinsthe architecture, the man, the nature and the spirit with a simple form of the cross. This ideology changed my form of seeing the architecture.
Thanks a lot to everybody.
