3 DEFINICIÓN DEL OBJETO
Identificar el producto, servicio o proceso a mejorar o elproblema a resolver. Definir la función que cumplo el objeto. Construir caja negra.
4 ANALISIS DEL OBJETO
Analizar el objeto. Hacer una lista de tantos atributos como sea posible. En un producto seidentificarán sus componentes físicos. En un servicio o proceso, se identificarán las actividades secuenciales. Construir caja blanca.
5 FUNCIONES DE LOS ELEMENTOS DEL OBJETO
Describir las funciones decada elemento en términos de atributos. ¿Cuál es la función que el elemento cumple en el sistema para obtener la salida?
6 SINTESIS DE FUNCIONES DEL OBJETO
Sintetizar las funciones. Identificar loselementos principales y secundarios. La pregunta a realizar será: ¿si elimino este elemento el sistema seguirá funcionando? Si la respuesta es SI, estamos ante un elemento secundario. Si la respuesta esNO, estamos ante un elemento esencial (principal).
7 IDENTIFICACIÓN DE ELEMENTOS ESENCIALES DEL OBJETO
Seleccionar los atributos principales. Los atributos principales estarán formados porelementos principales y secundarios. Para seleccionar los atributos principales debemos evaluar el valor que aporta el elemento al sistema. En un producto, si un componente físico no cumple una función,...
