3. En el menú seleccionamos File > New Project.

4. En la ventana emergente seleccionar “Add” para agregar el VI al nuevo proyecto.

5. Hay que guardar el proyecto y el programa esto se hace dando clic en “Save All (this project)” (ver Figura 6).

6. Ya que el proyecto y el VI han sido guardados damos clic derecho en “Build Specifications” yseleccionamos la opción que
está en New > Application (exe).

Information Page (Application Properties Dialog Box)
Use this page of the Application Properties dialog box to name the stand-alone application and select the location to build the application.
This page includes the following components:

Build specification name—Specifies the name of the build specification. The name appears under Build Specifications in the Project Explorer window.
Target filename—Specifies the filename for the application. (Windows) Applications must have a .exe extension. (Mac OS) Applications must have a .app
extension. (Linux) Applications require no particular extension.
Destinationdirectory—Specifies the location to save to on the local computer. You can enter a path or use the Browse button to navigate to and select the
location.
Build specification description—Displays information about the build specification. You can view and edit the description on this page only.

Source Files Page (Application Properties Dialog Box)
Use this page of the Application Properties dialog box to add and remove files and folders from the stand-alone application and to specify the startup VIs to usein the build.
This page includes the following components:
• Project Files—Displays a list of items under My Computer in the Project Explorer window. Click the arrow buttons next to the Startup VIs and Always
Included listboxes to add selected files from Project Files to those lists or to remove selected files from the listboxes.
• Startup VIs—Specifies the startup VIs, which are top-levelVIs, to use in the application. You must define at least one VI as a startup VI. LabVIEW displays the
No startup VIs build specification error if you do not define a startup VI or LabVIEW cannot find the startup VI. Startup VIs display and run when you launch the
