This is the story of mitch mc deere, a recently graduated lawer. He has three job offers, and he decides to take the best paid in the firm “bendini-lambert and locke”. But unfortunately this ends upbeing a deadly mistake.

The firm gives him and his wife a wonderful house, a BMW, hires a decorator and pays him an excellent salary.

He should remember what his brother Ray, who has been inprison for 15 years, says: “you never get anything for free”

Some time passed, Mitch finds out the firm is owned by the most powerful mafia family in Chicago, the Morolto. They are laundering hugesums of money through corporations around the world.

An FBI agent to him and says his home phone was bugged and that there are bugs in his car and in his bedroom too. He also tells him that the firmhas killed all the lawers who got too close to the thruth or who didn´t want to be a part of the illegal business the firm is carring out.

At first Mitch doesn´t want to believe it.
Suddenly, thefirm sends him and a collegue on trip to the Cayman island. He is astonished with the scenary and how exotic the place is. One night, on the beach he is seduced by a prostitute sent by the firm. Theynow have pictures of Mitch´s infidelity and can threaten him to show his wife those pictures if he ever wants to leave the firm.

He decides to tell everything to his wife who wants him to leave thefirm because he works too many hours a week in order to become a partner as soon as possible.
Eddie Lomax, a private investigator and a friend of Ray, is contacted by Mitch to investigate into thecase of the dead lawers. Eddy also advices him to leave the firm. Some time passed. Eddy is killed some hours after he tells Mitch the case is very mysterious and looks more like a murder than anaccident.

Tammy Hemphil, Eddie’s secretary and lover, contacts Mitch to offer her help.
The FBI also contacts him. They want him to copy illegal files from the firm. They offer him two millon...
