The benefits of exercise

Living healthy lives should be the number one choice in everyone. Sadly a lot of puertorricans don’t know how to do it. Doingexercise should be a good way to have a healthy lifestyle. It helps to control weight, to improve energy and mood and to decreases your risk of cardiovasculardisease.
Obesity is a big problem in the whole world. The lack of promotion of healthy food and exercise is the main factor that causes the problem. The bigenterprises should start making ads of how to make exercise and the good results of it. It is good to do some kind of physical activity to maintain the right weightand to keep the body mass index in the optimal status. Physical activity also helps to improve the energy and the mood of a person.
Energy is the most importantthing for a human being it is what I made a person do whatever they want to do. We get energy from the food that we eat and from having the right weight. Wellexercise is a good choice to improve the energy and the mood of a person. If you feel good you’re going to look good and the ego is going to be at its high level.Exercise its give us energy, good weight and ill also prevent us from having cardiovascular problems.
Heart attaches, coronary problems, hypertension, highblood pressures are some of the problems caused by the lack of good exercise. That’s the reason people gotta do exercise. But if someone does a lot of exercisemay have a healthy cardiovascular system. It prevent from having all those bad diseases. People got to make conscience of the importance of physical activity.
