INTRODUCTION:
In the last times the evolution of computer hardware level, to impact on the evolution of software, for this reason it has become necessary to improve the tools of design and development of software to facilitate and economize the programmer's job, as in times earlier, the process of software development or application was extremely complex and tedious, plus it takes a longprocess, which in time was not yet completed, but with the programming language this time the design and application development has reduced both in time and in investment, facilitating the management of projects, and allowing a developer to design and develop software with higher precision, easily, speed and robust, while allowing programs not only be fast, but also safe, it is for this reason they havebeen improving in recent times Design programs and programming Language. Then we have analyzed the origins, purposes and procedures of software development, and programming languages and software design.

PROGRAMIN DESIGN AND COMPUTER LANGUAGE:

The computer can’t understand any type of the natural language (or human language), because the computer only language that can understand ismachine code, that consists of ones (1s) or zero (0s), binary code. The binary code consists in turn on (1s) or turns off (0s), which is a system numeric that has as base 2. These are little interruption of voltage. This because the computers are electronics devices that were creates for function with electrical energy and this is the reason why the computer only understands machine code.
Aprogramming language is a program that interacts with the processor, or brain of the pcs and through the use of specific words has prompted instructions to be executed, which determine a behavior that produce results in most cases expected by the programmer, or undesired results, known as errors.

The Machine code is too difficult to write. For this reason, we use symbolic language to communicateinstructions to the computer. For reason the human need create new form the communication, for easier the interactive with the computer, these are the high-level language programing.

The first programming languages emerged from the thoughts of Charles Babbage, whom he came in the mid-nineteenth century, certain ideas about how to control the computer to run predesigned work by the operator. Hewas a teacher of mathematics at the University of Cambridge and English inventor, who predicted the beginning of the nineteenth century many of the theories underlying modern computers. It was what he called analytical machine, but that for technical reasons could not be constructed until the mid-twentieth century. Lovedby Ada collaborated with him, which is considered the first computer programmerbecause it supposedly makes programs for Babbage's machine, on punched cards. As the machine was never built, Ada programs, of course, were never implemented, but if you are a starting point for programming, especially if we watch that as soon as you started programming, programmers used the techniques designed by Charles Babbage and Ada, consisting among others, programming by punch cards.However, Ada has remained the first programmer.
There are many types of programming languages, but these have been classified into two types for level that use:

* LOW-LEVEL LANGUAGES:
This is type of programing languages that pass the instruction directly to machine code, interactive directly with the processor of the pcs and is itself in each machine.
Example:
1. Assembler
2.Machine code
THE ASSEMBLER:
They are easier to use than machine languages, but like them, depend on the particular machine. The low level language for excellence is the assembler. Assembly language is the first attempt to replace the machine language by a more similar to those used by people.

Assembly languages emerge in the mid-40's, and not used ones and zeros, but are represented by words...
