These custom spreadsheets were made for you to track your progress andenable easy monitoring of what works and what does not work for you. These will help to measure your progress and keep you on the right track. The adherence chart will provide you with weekly feedback torecord and measure compliance of meal plans and can also work for tracking exercise compliance. For every meal missed simply mark an X in the box. For each meal that is eaten with all habits inplace, mark with a √. Every week look at your progress to determine how compliant you are to the program. If you are 90% or more compliant, the program should be effective. The body composition trackerwill assist you in measuring your progress to determine if any changes need to made to your exercise routine. This is also a great tool to keep you motivated by seeing results often missed whenlooking in the mirror. Simply measure the areas outlined with skin calipers and mark down in millimeters or centimeters. Be consistent with the measuring tool and metric system chosen. Measure weekly orbi-weekly and compare the results to the previous measure. Print these charts provided and make copies. In order for a goal to be achieved, a goal needs to be: measurable, written down, on a deadlineand realistic
