Juanes: sure , no problem.
AA: ok sit down, lets begin.
Ill ask you about your daily habits.
when you wake up, what do you eat for breakfast?
Juanes: I usually eat arepa with butter or sometimes cereal.
AA: alright I see that you look good but,what exercise do you do?
Juanes: well, at Friday we got sports so in that
classes I do exercise.
AA: oh man why just a bit? I suggest you that
walk at least 30 minutes daily to keep fit.
Juanes: ok people usually tell me that, but that is
boring.
AA: ok its your choice, what do you do to feel
good with your mind?
Juanes: well for example in the exams I try to
mind blank to focus, but Idon't try things such
the yoga.
AA: do you like the carnivals or the celebrations?
Juanes: well yes but always with moderation.
AA: ok thank you so much, remember to follow
healthy habits.

so we never have time with ourselves or to interact with others.
