temporally period of seven (7) days as a starting and if everything goes the
right way, the contract could be sign again for more time o years as the

Term & Conditions of Contract:
The charterers will be responsible for the following as stated below:
The vessel bunker and the port cleareance which involve the port charges
both inthe point of load and the point of unloading the cargo starting from
the date on which the contract is sign.

SHIP MAINTENANCE:
The Vessel owner will be incharge of all the vessel maintenancewhenever
the vessel is at the port and shall provide all the neccesay material for the
vessel maintenance incluiding, painting of the vessel, and materials that are
needed to make every voyage as wellas engine room iterms such as filters,
engine oil, tools, material for cleaning both inside and outside of the vessel,
crews equipment to prevent deck accident, The charteres does not have
nothingto do with the vessel maintaince.
The Vessel is in class in RINA class and she is also under Insurance.
The Owner will always provide all necesary iterms for the Vessel to make
every voyage such as:foods (glossary) water, etc. except the Diesel for the
use of the Engine which the Charterers are responsible for that.
