RESUMEN

Este trabajo brinda información pertinente sobre los aspectos teóricos y técnicos que se tuvieron en cuenta en una investigacióninterinstitucional realizada en la Región Andina Colombiana con el fin de conocer los programas que las comunidades de esta región tienen en materia de desarrollo medio-ambiental, correlacionándola y midiendo la efectividad de la comunicación en los procesos de gestión comunitaria en pro del desarrollo sostenible y autónomo en cuanto al tema del medio ambiente. La investigación involucró a 9 de 13departamentos de la región, abarcando así un 69,23% de la población (departamentos), los departamentos involucrados en el estudio fueron Norte De Santander, Santander, Antioquia, Boyacá, Cundinamarca, Quindío, Huila, Valle Del Cauca, Y Cauca, y en cada uno de estos se realizaron los estudios en sus respectivos municipios o corregimientos, a continuación se presentan los nombres de los corregimientos omunicipios involucrados en la investigación con su respectivo departamento al que pertenece: Mutiscua (Norte de Santander), San Vicente de Chucurí (Santander), San Antonio del Prado, Medellín (Antioquia), Tibasosa (Boyacá), Sibaté (Cundinamarca), Montenegro (Quindío), Neiva (Huila), Guadalajara de Buga (Valle del Cauca), Pitalito (Huila) y Popayán (Cauca). Esta investigación fue realizada por laUniversidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD), la Universidad Santo Tomás (USTA) y la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, en el marco de un convenio interinstitucional entre las mismas, fue llevada a cabo entre los años de 2009 a 2010.

ABSTRACT

This paper provides information relevant to the theoretical and technical aspects that were taken into account in an agency investigation conducted in the Colombian Andean region to know the programs that communities in this region have in development environ-mental, and correlating measuring the effectiveness of communication in communitymanagement processes in sustainable development and autonomous on the issue of the environment. The research involved 9 of 13 departments in the region, thus covering 69.23% of the population (departments), the departments involved in the study were Norte De Santander, Santander, Antioquia, Boyaca, Cundinamarca, Quindio, Huila, Valle Cauca and Cauca, and in each of these studies were conducted in theirrespective municipalities or districts, here are the names of the districts or municipalities involved in research with their respective department to which it belongs: Mutiscua (Northern Santander), San Vicente de Chucurí (Santander), San Antonio del Prado, Medellín (Antioquia), Tibasosa (Boyacá), Sibaté (Cundinamarca), Montenegro (Quindío), Neiva (Huila), Guadalajara de Buga (Valle del Cauca),Pitalito (Huila) and Popayan (Cauca).
