I: But today I have an appointmentat 4:00 o’clock I have a terrible toothache and I will write a complaint to the hospital’s owner.

I: Excuse me; can I speak with the hospital’s owner?
Receptionist: What is thereason?
I: I need to make I had an appointment at 4:00 o’clock and the doctor show up.
Receptionist: What a terrible mistake, please accept my excuse and you will have a free appointment with another...
