Not your grandma’s paletas. Pop Lab is a new approach to aMexican classic-The Paleta (popsicle). Although granny knew what she was doing beating the heat with delicious frosty pops in flavors like dulce de leche, strawberry, mango and more we decided totake a different approach on this classic. After all why should granny get to have all the fun? Let the popsicle revolution begin!
-OUR STORY
She wanted a wine bar, he wanted to open a gelatoshop. Together they created Pop Lab. Nico and Christina were hanging out late one night drinking wine. A couple of bottles later... a business was born. Why not have both?! Nothing soundedbetter to beat the Miami heat than a cocktail inspired popsicle. Who said you can’t have it all?

-WHAT ARE PALETAS?
Paletas literally traslating into “sticks” date back to the 1940’sin Michoacan Mexico. The delicious ice pops made with real fruit and cream became so popular they quickly expanded all over Mexico and other parts of Latin America. Paletas come in a vast rangeof flavors like arroz con leche (rice pudding) to Jamaica (hibiscus tea). The taste of tradition is evident in this classic frozen treat.

We believe in always using thefreshest ingredients available. Pop Lab’s concept is to constantly create new flavors, you determine what works and what doesn’t at Rate My Pops therefore, flavor availability is up to you. If youlike it, let us know!
