PURPOSE
This document has been produced by EAL to provide information on the measurement
capabilities of coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and the treatment of measured
data, and toprovide guidance to national accreditation bodies accrediting laboratories
to perform task-related calibrations of CMMs, or to use CMMs for the calibration of
components.
