it was spring.robin and some of his men and moved to barnsdale Forest to look for deer On hearing this, the sheriff of nottingham decided to attrack te rest of the merry men sherwood forest
however the people of nottingham were grateful to robin and his men for hall their help over the years
they told robin's men about the sheriff' plan
when the sheriff and hissoldiers arrived, the merry men were ready to fight
Once again, the sheriff ha to run back to the safety of his castle
the next day ir guy of gusborne came to notttingham castle and the sheriff told his friend about robin hood and waht had happend
sir guy was an evil, arrogant man.
He wwas cuel and bloodthirsty and committed a lot of unjust deeds
i fear no one mydear friend said sir guy
i would be happy to kill this stupid outlaw for you
i must warn you sir guy that this villain rbin hood is very clever and i think it would be difficult even for you to catch him
do not worry
i am yuger and stonger than you repli sir guy
tel me whre he is and i will find him and kill him for you
well in that case let's gotogether to barnsdale forest to capture the villain
shouted the sheriff so they set off with their soldiers
sr guy was not only wicked but also clever
he decided to disguise himself as a hunter so he could look for robin hood in the forest without being disturbed
he told the sheriff and his solders to wait for him in another part of the forest until they heardhis signal
when you hear my horn you will know that i have cut off robin hood's head he said with an evil smile
then i wll wait impatiently to hear that sound replied the sheriff and his men sir guy went in the opposite direction he hoped to come face to face with his victim
he didn't have long to wait because some villagers had warned robin that the sheriff wasapproaching barnsdale.
Robin's men were hiding in different parts of the forest so he was alone when sir guy appeared
robin looked at this strange hunter from behind a tree
there was something odd about him
the man had a big sword and looked evil
he decided to find out why he was there
meanwhile, little john found the sheriff and some of the soldiers sittingunder a tree
he decided to atrrack them since there were only a few of them
this big giant however was not as clever as robin and the soldiers caught him easily and tied him to a tree i will not kill you until you have seen your leader's head on the end of sir guy of gisborne's sword laughed the sheriff little john was afraid when he heard sir guy's name this man was well known fos thisskill and his cruelty so he was worried about his friend robin why had he been so stupid?now he could not help his friend on the other side of the forest robin appeared in front of the stranger and said you seem a brave and honest man, can i help you?sir guy looked at this young man dressed in green but wasn't sure if he was robin hood i am lost replied sir guy tell me where you want to go to thecenter of the forest to catch a villian said sir guy robin was surprised by these words but showed no emotion and who is this villian?his name is robin hood and i will be happy to cut off his swordtaht seems a strange way to have fun said robin dryly and tell me what is your name?i am sir goy of gisborne and you?the man you are looking for robin hood at your service Both men immediately drew theirswords and started to fight robijn fought hard but fell and suddenly rir guy's sword was at his throat prepare to die then i will sound my horn to tell the sheriff that i have your head on my sword said sir guy just then a bird flew at sir guy's face and startled him robin had just enough time to jump to his feet again before sir guy could react robijn plunged his sword into the wicked man's...
