I think J.D. is not very concerned about any of those two actually as ayoung and modern worker he understand the needs of the market and also how it interact and has new necessities , so first of all lest analyze the job security option.
The job security is basically theneed of an individual to remain established and secured in a spot for a job in an enterprise, nowadays is a very difficult act because most of the organizations start to change personal whenever theyhave higher needs so the job security is a difficult way to remain in the company but is not impossible, most of the workers and employees often receive trainings from their own bosses or from the firmthey are working with and all of this acts are made because they are looking for to keep the system as nowadays, most of the enterprises wants to have tip of the spear on technology and all of thisis not only reached on a few employees, they need every one in the organization that has his and into to remain updates.
In the other side the career security is basically how much success will youhave with your career and how much will you impact when you try to get a better position, the utilities the enterprise might have with you and also the needs that you have as an employee in a certaindivision, but the career security is not only that is also the need to remain on studying so whenever you need to get a better position or a job you will be up to the field in knowledge and so youmight have better opportunities as we saw in the case before, we all have needs specially enterprise that develop so fast .
